Anyone found a definite solution to this annoying problem?

Turns out it was a perforated overflow tube inside the tank, tank replaced under warranty.

Gotta admit I was surprised at the damage to the wheel, if you look carefully, the split is a dead straight line, where I suppose, the casting of the moulds join, I know the wheels are made as light as possible, but maybe they have gone a bit far.

Greetings peeps, anyone on here know, or can supply a breakdown of part numbers or even instructions for the powerparts rearsets for the 1290r, looked everywhere and getting bored now.

Shoei xspirit 2 for me, easily as good and comfortable as my old Arai, and the noise is not a problem if you wear earplugs, + the pin lock visors are brilliant.

Can you not bring the service forward, failing that, ask your dealer.

Why does that make me a moron, because I have a different opinion then you? I didn't buy the bike for it's economy, I bought it because it's a firebreathing monster of a bike, in MY opinion, if you want economy why buy a 1301cc monster power v twin, Just MY opinion.
